This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tindivanam to expedite the hearing in RCS.No.2 of 2017 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tindivanam to expedite the hearing in RCS.No.2 of 2017 and complete the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
