This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2025 and issue a Non-Traceable certificate / Undetected Certificate in respect of the petitioner's vehicle, Mahindra Xylo bearing Registration No.TN 93 9672.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to conduct an appropriate enquiry on the representation made by the petitioner dated 04.01.2025 and, if it found to be in order, issue a Non-Traceable Certificate for the Mahindra Xylo bearing Registration No.TN 93 9672, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.

No costs.
