2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3.It is seen that the competent Court issued Non Bailable Warrant under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act to secure the presence of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that

if the warrant is stayed the petitioner would take steps to appear before the concerned Court.

5. The provisions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Cannot be invoked for staying the warrant.

6. In view of the same, these petitions are closed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court under Section 70 Cr.P.C. 28.04.2018 Internet : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Speaking / Non-speaking order arr P.N.PRAKASH,J.
