This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide necessary police protection to the safety and security of the Petitioner's College viz., M/s. Vyshya College, Masinaickenpatti, Salem, on the basis of his complaint dated 08.04.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the second respondent did not receive any complaint from the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
