Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal procedure Code praying to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members till the pending disposal of the civil proceedings pending before the Family Court II in HMOP.No.2401 of 2014.

This Petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking direction upon the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.
3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that enquiry was conducted and closed and in connection with case in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
HMOP.No.19246 of 2014, pending before the Family Court an enquiry was closed on 14.07.2014. As on date, there is no complaint against the petitioner and hence the presence of the petitioner is no longer required. If any petition is received in the near future, the respondent police shall issue summons to the petitioners. 4.
Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
