When the writ petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent development and the order of this Court dated 19.09.2023 in W.P.No.8215 of 2022 whereunder the order impugned in the present writ petition has been implemented by the petitioner herein, reinstating the second respondent herein into service, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
2. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
