This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4323 of 2023 dated 14.03.2023 that "the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Sessions Judge for NDPS Act Cases, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., and also report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.174 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Special Judge under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Chennai, and the next hearing date is on 16.06.2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4323 of dated 14.03.2023, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal Special Judge under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Chennai, on 16.06.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
