2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the amount has been deposited before the "Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund, Indian Overseas Bank, Secretariat Branch, Chennai SB.A/c.

Considering the submissions made by the petitioner, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
