ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 414 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.10,752/- in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

3. The petitioner would aver that for obtaining the certified copies and for making payment of deficit court fee of Rs.10,752/-, delay of 414 days occurred in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

4. Accepting the averments made in the petition, this petition shall stand allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai on or before 04.06.2026. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
