WP.14452/12: Writ petition filed under Art.226 of the constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari filed Mandamus to call for the records and quash the proceedings of the 1st respondent in his Na.Ka. No.10937/ 2011/ A2 dated 30.5.2012 as being arbitrary ultra vires without jurisdiction malicious null and void and consequently direct the 1st respondent to confirm the offer of Rs.43/- Lakhs made by the petitioner in respect of the right to collect licence fee for the public toilets and bathrooms in Cuddalore Bus Stand;

WP.14453/12: Writ petition filed under Art.226 of the constitution of India praying to issue a writ of declaring Clause 51 of The General Auction and Tender Notification published by Cuddalore Municipality (1st respondent) for 2012-13 to 2014-15 as being arbitrary illegal irrational ultra-vires null and void;

WP.17466 of 2012: Writ petition filed under Art.226 of the constitution of India praying to issue a writ Mandamus directing the first respondent to forthwith confirm the auction held in respect of the collection of fees from the users of the Public convenience in the Cuddalore Municipal Bus Stand on 20.4.2012 and hand over the licence for collection of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

fees to the petitioner.
