Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent for putting illegal construction by encroaching the petitioner's land in Vellagoundan Palayam Village, in S.No.440/7, land measuring an extent of 480 Sq.ft and based on the representation dated 10.07.2017 by the petitioner.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr. V.R.Anna Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for 5th respondent. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
