ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue - Radhika, aged 24 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for production of the detenue.

2. The detenue is present today. On enquiry, she has informed us that she went from the matrimonial home on her own volition. She has further stated that she has already filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.656 of 2019 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Gudiyatham, Vellore District, for divorce on the ground of cruelty.

3. In such view of the matter, we find that there is no illegal detention involved in this matter and this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly.
