CRL.OP.No.5797 of 2015 P.DEVADASS, J., Petition for anticipatory bail.
2. Offences alleged are 498(A), 304-B of IPC.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Petitioners are parents of A1, who is the main accused in this case. A1's wife committed suicide. Prosecution case is dowry demand. Previously, anticipatory bail petition was dismissed mainly on the ground that it is a recent case.
5. Now, A1, the main accused has been granted bail by the Trial court. RDO enquiry is also over.
6. Considering all the above aspects now, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

7. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners; (ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram within 15 days of receipt of a copy of this order;
(iii) Petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;
(iv) Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 15.04.2015.
