CMP.Nos.14578, 14581, 14583 and 14585 of 2019 in CRP.PD.No.4119 of 2011 R. HEMALATHA, J.

These petitions are filed (i) under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to condone the delay of 1157 days in bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased first revision petitioner, (ii) under Order 22 Rule 9 of Code of Civil Procedure to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first revision petitioner, (iii) under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to condone the delay of 1030 days in bringing on record the deceased daughter of the deceased first revision petitioner and (iv) under Order 22 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first revision petitioner, legal heirs of the deceased daughter of the first revision petitioner and legal heirs of the predeceased son of the first revision petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not raise any serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos.4 to 12 of the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and in the facts and circumstances, the present petitions are allowed. http://www.judis.nic.in
