These petitions are filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act and under Order IV Rule 9(4) of AS Rules, to condone the delay of 355 days in filing the petition to condone the delay of 355 days in representing the M.P.SR.Nos.42804, 42805, 42806 and 42807 of 2018 in C.R.P.No.4119 of 2011.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not raise any serious objection in allowing these petitions. 3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos.6 to 10 of the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and in the facts and circumstances, the present petitions are allowed.
