ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 16.03.2015, within a time fixed by this Court.

2. A representation was made by the petitioner seeking the land purchased by him to be released. As the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 16.03.2015 is still pending with the second respondent for consideration, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the aforesaid prayer.

3. Taking note of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and without going into merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
