Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after conducting investigation in Crime No.14 of 2021 for the offence u/s.498(A), 506(i) IPC & 4 of DP Act, 1984, the same has been closed as mistake of fact. Hence nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
