Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To suspend the sentence passed by the learned Sessions Jdge, Magalir Needhimandram (Mahila Court), Coimbatore in S.C.No.149 of 2015 dated 06.04.2017 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending final disposal of the Criminal Appeal No.406 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.KUMARA DEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) It is submitted by both sides that the appeal itself may be taken up for hearing. It is also informed that the appeal is of the year 2018.
