ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register an FIR based on the complaint lodged by the dated 07.06.2019 vide CSR No.360 of 2019 dated 08.06.2019 and investigate the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
