Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to rectify the pay anomaly and to grant revised grade pay of Rs.7,600/- and pay revised pension as per the guidelines of the Government Letter in F.No.110011 / 01 / 2006 / Dir (IFS) dated 25.01.2007 within time frame. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to rectify the pay anomaly and to grant revised grade pay of Rs.7,600/- and pay revised pension as per the guidelines of the Government Letter in F.No.110011 / 01 / 2006 / Dir (IFS) dated 25.01.2007. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the Pay Anomaly aroused in respect of the Revision of Scale of Pay has not been rectified by the competent authorities with reference to the Government Letter dated 25.01.2007.

3.In this regard, the petitioner made a representation on 05.01.2018 and the said representation is yet to be considered. 4.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 05.01.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents, if any, along with the orders passed in the writ petition.
