This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents interfere in the petitioner's property in any manner without any appropriate order under due process of law based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 27.10.2013.

2.Heard, Mr.K.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Mr.C.Ravichandran, learned Standing counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that direction may be issued to the first respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner.

4.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2013 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, after providing sufficient opportunity to the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
