CMP Nos.12873, 12880 and 12881 of 2021 have been filed by the petitioners to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 16th appellant as appellants 17 to 20 in the respective Second Appeals.

2. Heard Mr.M.S.Subramanian, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have not raised any serious objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
