This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to cancel the assignments as per the Order made by the 3rd respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/278/2023 dated 23.09.2023 and thereby issue patta to the petitioners.

2. The property is settled in favour of the petitioner by his father, however, the assignment patta is issued in favour of third party who has no right. In this regard, he has given a representation. The third respondent has also recommended to the second respondent in Na.Ka.A2/278/2023 dated 23.09.2023. However, the second respondent has not passed any order. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/278/2023 dated 2/4

23.09.2023, on merits and in accordance within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. With the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
