This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased K.V.Chinnasamy as petitioners 1 to 5 in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.33327 of 2013.

2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition and accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
