(This case has been heard through video conferencing) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.10.2020 and 06.10.2020 in CSR.No.427 of 2020.

2. Heard Mr.V.Bhagidadhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today when this petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions would submit that in respect of the complaints given by the petitioner, the second respondent has considered the same and registered an FIR on his file in crime No.818 of 2020 under section 294b, 324, & 506(ii) of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, in view of the same, since the complaint presented by the petitioner had already been considered by the second respondent, no further order is necessary in this petition.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
