ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 transfer the cases registered against the petitioners in Crime No.25 of 2014 on the file of Circle Inspector of Police, Sirkali, Nagapattinam District to Central Bureau of Investigation the 7th Respondent herein or C.B.C.I.D. Police for detail enquiry to hold enquiry against the respondents 4 to 6 and take appropriate action.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in the above case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali and so far not taken on file.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
