This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.11.2013 and investigate into the same and file final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.Sai Bharath & Ilan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Thangavel, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondy) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this complaint was given very back in the year 2013. Under the said circumstances, this court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the Inspector of Police, Grand Bazaar Police Station, Pondicherry together with supporting documents and on receipt of the same, the Inspector of Police is directed to act in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
