By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
The petitioner would state that she belongs to Scheduled Community and she has passed SSLC during the year 1988 and Higher Secondary Course in the year 1990 and due to family circumstances, she could not pursue her studies and registered her name in the jurisdictional Employment Exchange on 12.12.1990 with Registration No.1992 F 001904 SF. The petitioner would further state that she is a divorced destitute woman and in response to the application invited by the 2nd respondent for filling up the post of Saleswoman, she was one of the candidates sponsored by the Employment Exchange and she has also participated in the selection process on 18.02.2011. The petitioner was selected by the Committee and an appointment order was also issued on 16.06.2011 allotting the petitioner to Chinnasalem Cooperative Credit Society. The petitioner also reported for duty on 19.06.2011 and however, she was not taken into service to the said Society on the ground that there is no vacancy available https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in the cadre of Saleswoman. The petitioner, in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 05.08.2011 to the 2nd respondent, followed by another representation dated 02.09.2011 to the Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation and once again, sent reminders to the 2nd respondent on 25.04.2012 and on 08.01.2013 and since no orders have been passed, she came forward to file this writ petition.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Venkadachalam, learned Government Advocate [Coop], who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. This Court considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondents 1 and 2 by enclosing a copy of this order as well as copies of the earlier representations within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents 1 and 2 shall consider and dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a further period of eight weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
