This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.553 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alanthur, as against the petitioners, having been taken cognizance for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 471 r/w Section 34 of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in C.C.No.553 of 2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alanthur has been ended in acquittal, by an order dated 08.11.2018, and nothing survives in this petition.
