ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4489 of 2020 dated 04.03.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4489 of 2020 dated 04.03.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Saturday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
