This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants/plaintiffs to deliver the interrogatories annexed herein to the 4th respondent to answer and to issue Subpoena to the 4th respondent/D4 in the suit.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed. No costs.
