2. On 29.04.2022, this court has passed a conditional order by directing the appellant to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- on or before 17.06.2022 to the credit of O.S.No.13 of 2018 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Coimbatore. Thereafter on 03.08.2022, this Court extended the time finally by two weeks to comply the said conditional order. However, it is seen that the conditional order has not been complied and hence, this petition is dismissed.

3. Registry is directed to list the appeal after two weeks.
