Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 16.04.2024 in RC.No.85/2024/M6-D.O.No.19/2024 against the petitioner's Husband namely Murugan, Male aged 34 years, S/o.Amavasai, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
