COMMON ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners and the respondents-Bank have reached some sort of settlement. In view of the terms of the settlement, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have given instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition and not to press the Contempt Petition also. Endorsement has also been made on the writ petition by the learned counsel for the petitioners in respect of both the Contempt Petition and also the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed as withdrawn and the Contempt Petition shall stand dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.
