The learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore by his letter dated dated 02.11.2019 has stated that five more accused are yet to be secured in S.C.No.164 of 2016 and two more accused are to be secured in S.C.No.161 of 2019 and hence the trial could not be commenced. Hence, the trial court is directed to address the Superintendent of Police for securing the accused. Further, if already the aforesaid accused were released on bail, he has to take steps to forfeit the bail bond and take action against the sureties and ensure that the accused are secured at early and dispose of the case within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 10.01.2020 mfa Note: Issue order copy on 13.01.2020.
