This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13076 of 2022 on 02.06.2022, to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has only complied with the conditions from 08.06.2022 till date.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
