The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to take necessary action on the representation of the petitioner dated 4.10.2013.
2. Heard both sides and perused the material documents available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 4.10.2013.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that, if a fresh representation is given, the first respondent is ready to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.
5. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned counsels on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by enclosing a copy of this order. On such receipt, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing due opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of four months, there from. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. However there shall be no order as to costs.
