[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.] After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out the remedy administratively and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

respondent and Mr.S.Saravanan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. In the light of the endorsement made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is also granted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
