CMP.No.13092 of 2021 in S.A.No.2241 of 2003 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The 1st respondent who is the father of the appellant had died. The two others are brother and wife of the brother of the appellant, who have been shown as R2 and R3. Since the 1st respondent died, issue of abatement would not arise and petition had been filed to bring on record the other children of the pre-deceased brother of the appellant. Those legal representatives were not a party in the Suit. 2.Notice had been served and the names of the legal representatives have been printed in the cause list.
