ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on a complaint dated 25.02.2015 for proper investigation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the respondents do not receive the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.02.2015. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to give a copy of the complaint dated 25.02.2015 that has been filed in this Court before the respondent police in person and on such presentation, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, act in accordance with the law as laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
