Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.02.2015 in C.S.R.No.44 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.107/2015 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.02.2015. The said statement is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
