ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the Thiruverkadu Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.5610 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12002 of 2020 by its order dated 22.09.2020

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 23.09.2020. He would further submit that the petitioners are the bread winners of their family and on account of the condition imposed on them, they are in a totally deprecate state to go for the job. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the above condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No 5610 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.12002 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
