ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this civil revision petition and he has also sent a letter dated 22.03.2021 to the Registry of this Court, which reads as under:

"The petitioner in the above CRP had instructed me to withdraw the C.R.P.as the issue between the respondent had been settled before the trial Court. I therefore, request you to direct the office to post the above Civil Revision Petition for orders as to "Withdrawal" before the concerned Court at the earliest and oblige."
