ORDER

This Court vide its order dated 12.06.2025 directed the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvannamalai, to dispose of the case in S.C.No.100 of 2012 on or before 14.07.2025 and the matter was directed to be listed on 17.07.2025 "for reporting compliance". Accordingly, today the matter is listed under the caption "for reporting compliance". The learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvannamalai, sent a communication dated 15.07.2025 stating that the case in S.C.No.100 of 2012 has been disposed of on 14.07.2025, complying the order of this Court dated 12.06.2025.

The Criminal Original Petition is closed. The said compliance is recorded.
