J U D G M E N T

A settlement has been reached between the parties before the Mediation Centre. A Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 06.10.2023 entered into between the parties has been attached to the Mediation report dated 13.10.2023 submitted by the Mediation Centre. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise has been signed by all the parties to the suit and counter signed by the respective counsels. 2.In terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 06.10.2023, this suit is disposed of. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 06.10.2023 shall form part of the judgment. 3.Registry is directed to refund the full court fees to the plaintiff, after making applicable deductions. No costs. Consequently, connected applications stand closed.
