ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 25.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.32395 of 2025 that "Para 8(b) the petitioner shall report before the trial Court concerned daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para 8(b) of the Order dated 25.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.32395 of 2025. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
