This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.04.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentPolice.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.04.2013 was examined on the same day and found to be false and closure report was filed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not served with any closure report.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
