J U D G M E N T

The revision petitioner has filed this revision petition to set aside the summons dated 18.08.2014 issued by the Judicial Magistrate No-I, Mettur in connection with C.C.No.112 of 2014 pending for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to non-appearance of the complainant, the trial Court dismissed the case and acquitted the petitioner herein on 10.02.2018. Hence, the relief sought for the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
