The petitioner made a request for upgradation of the School as High School. Pursuant to the request made by the petitioner, proceedings have been initiated by the respondent no.1 on 13.11.2013 by directing the respondent no.2 to file a report. The respondent no.4 pursuant to the same has sent remainder dated 09.12.2013 to the respondent no.3. As despite the same, no further progress have been made, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the communication sent to the respondent no.2 in proceedings Na.Ka.A4/32906/13 dated 13.11.2013 after getting appropriate report in this regard from the respondent no.2 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
