Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to the support affidavit submitted that the petitioners have received only copies of the proceedings from the second respondent and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph 10 of the support affidavit and the relevant portion reads as follows:
